To prepare the finest of kebabs, we carefully select the best cuts of meat, which is then minced and marinated in select blend of spices.
Charcoal and wood not only provide the heat but also the flavours, these are “our chief instruments”. bring out the aromas of our cuisine. It is not about eating, it is a philosophy.
